Her elder sister Kajol has always been supportive of her career moves. However, this time she simply can’t seem to agree to her. The grapevine suggests that Kajol’s younger sis Tanisha Mukerji is seriously thinking of participating in reality show Bigg Boss 7, but her family doesn’t want her to do so.
The buzz from the telly ville is strong that the new season of Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss may also see Tanisha Mukerji in the house full of oddballs and cameras. It’s learnt that Tanisha is quite adamant to participate in the show, even against her sister Kajol’s wish.
Apparently, both Kajol and Ajay Devgn are not comfortable with the idea of Tanishaa, whom they still consider ‘little’ and are very fond of, to be on TV that too in a controversial show like Bigg Boss. As per reports, on Monday the trio even had a heated argument over Tanisha Mukerji’s participation in Bigg Boss.
“They are very protective about her and do not want her to be a part of a TV show where almost every contestant gets involved in some kind of controversy,” a source is quoted as saying.
Kajol and Tanisha’s mom Tanuja is not in the town. Once the mother is back, hopefully by Friday, she too will try to reason out with chhoti beti, trying to stop her from going to the Bigg bad house.
May be Tanisha wants to step out of star sister's shadow. Being on Big Boss will put her in front of the viewers, and she would be able to show her real self. Tanisha recently made her theater debut with Divya Palat's play The Verdict, and is even co-producing a Marathi film.
Earlier, actress Shilpa Shetty’s sister Shamita Shetty too tried to get her share of fame by being on Bigg Boss. But after a month’s stay, Shamita made a voluntary exit. The actress felt “disoriented” after being on the fourth season of the show.
